Miroslaw Matyja is a political scientist, economist and historian and works currently in the Department of Economics in Berne (Switzerland). He is an alumnus of the Kraków University of Economics in Poland and of the University of Basel in Switzerland. Miroslaw Matyja is a professor at the Polish University Abroad in London and chairs its Institute of Political Culture and Democracy Research. He is also professor at the Indian Management School and Research Centre in Mumbai. Miroslaw Matyja has authored or co-authored 20 monographs and over 300 scientific and popular articles in Polish, German, and English. He lives in Switzerland.
